This document outlines the implementation of a 1-to-1 iPad program across Hove Park School. It discusses the school's ambition to improve student achievement scores over 5 years. It then details the various project strands undertaken to deploy iPads, including leadership, staff training, partnerships, infrastructure development, and procurement. Student surveys before and after the rollout found that students reported higher enjoyment of lessons, more sharing of work, and spending more time exploring ideas when using iPads. The implementation of the 1-to-1 iPad program was associated with rapid improvements in leadership, achievement, teaching, behavior, and attendance at the school.
