The document discusses the importance of a "techno-pedagogue" or technology teacher in the 21st century. It notes that technology is constantly changing, placing demands on faculty to keep up with new technologies. It also argues that developing technology skills is a separate skill from selecting appropriate teaching strategies, and that media literacy and analyzing media are important skills for students. The document concludes that technology helps higher education overcome barriers to reaching remote students, but the changing nature of technology places additional demands on faculty to stay up to date.

Technology has became inventible in the field of education even i.docxMARRY7
Technology has became inventible in the field of education even in line with the development of other fields such as engineering, medicine, defense and aerospace, agriculture, science and the modern era.
The definition of "technology education" is the study and ethical practice of facilitating learning and improving performance by creating, using, and managing appropriate technological processes and resources. Technology is ubiquitous, touching almost every part of our lives, our communities, our homes. using technology in education will help students acquire the skills they need to survive in a complex, highly technological knowledge-based economy.
Technology also changes the way teachers teach, offering educators effective ways to reach different types of learners and assess student understanding through multiple means. It also enhances the relationship between teacher and student. When technology is effectively integrated into subject areas, teachers grow into roles of adviser, content expert, and coach. Technology helps make teaching and learning more meaningful and fun.
Nowadays using technology in the classroom is becoming easier for teachers because students are coming to class with more skills. Whether a teacher requires it or not, most students use technology for their projects. When any teacher brings technology into the classroom, he or she will no longer be the center of attention. The level of refocused attention will, of course, depend on the amount and the type of technology (e.g., mobile device, e-reader, laptop, interactive whiteboard) being brought into the classroom. However, this does not mean that the teacher is no longer essential to the learning process. While students may be surrounded by technology at home, it is dangerous to assume that they know how to use it for learning Moreover, The Internet has many sites that easily lend themselves to classroom integration ,Yet, it still many teachers do not feel comfortable integrate technology in classroom especially, old teachers. I believes that educational system should train teachers how to use technology before they start teaching or even conducting professional development every year in order to adapt with new technology.
There are many benefits of using technology in the classroom, especially as students become increasingly digitally literate. Technology in the classroom enables the use of more interactive educational tools, which allows for a dynamic learning experience that directly benefits students. Another advantage of using technology in the classroom is its flexibility and adaptability to differentiated learning. Technologies such as podcasts and vodcasts, for instance, provide students with the opportunity to learn at their own pace and the freedom to go back and relearn content whenever they want. This could be especially important for ESL students and students with learning disabilities. A vital skill in the new digital world is the ability to work collabora ...
This portfolio will help future educators to be aware of the capabilities of a teacher that must be present on themselves. In addition, this will also help the institution and the teachers to have proper implementation of technology in order for their students to learn better, actively and progressively.

2. INTRODUCTION
Technology in professional development is a complex issue. Technology can,
and has helped higher education overcome previous outreach barriers, particularly in
reaching students in remote locations. Because technologies are continually changing,
the instability of technology, as well as the unfixed nature of the knowledge required.
In using them, places additional demands on faculty to keep up with the constant
stream of new technologies. Due to the constantly changing nature and development
of new technology, a gap exists in researching the effectiveness of new tools on
teaching and learning positioning educational technologies as artifacts within their
social applications of teaching and learning and providing a grammar of practice.
Identifying specific techno-pedagogical competences allows faculty to make the work
practioners at the center of professional study in a community of practice.
IMPORTANCE OF A TECHNO PEDAGOGUE
Technology is broad and constantly changing skill-set required of facuety and
selecting the appropriate techno-pedagogical strategies to effectively engage students
in the content is a separate skill set. Media literacy influence student development, and
developing ethical analysis of media consumption is an important skill for students . In
understanding how technology and media intersect with learning, consider the
compatibility between theones of technologies and education, and how that relates to
your content.
3. There is a need for faculty as well as the institutional level, to identify the
articulate the occupational. Realities when technology and competences intersect,
while understanding the commucating how technology resources and strategies is can

NEED AND SIGNIFICANCE OF A TECHNO
PEDAGOGUE IN 21ST CENTURY
Acquiring technology pedagogical preferences well make teaching and learning
pleasurable exercise as it would. Lesson pressure in the teachers and enable the
students to lerv deeper in the domain of knowledge. The teacher would give the
mechanical approach and make it interesting by stimulating problems and finding
solutions to such emerging issues.
