Job Purpose
- To provideassistanceto the marketing team and management on all department based projects,
internally and externally.
- To apply relevantskills and knowledgeto the position within the department in order to develop personal
competencies and support colleaguedevelopment.
- To acquirea comprehensive knowledge of all processes within themarketing department and apply them
to the needs of the business.
- To engage in all company initiatives with regards to all corporatesocial responsibility;aimingto work
ethically within the community.
- To continually deliver and develop exemplary levels of customer service.
- Engage with the various teams within the marketing department to gain a full understandingof the
marketing requirements of Venture Car.
Job Responsibilities
- To provideadministrativesupport across all teamprojects.
- Effectively communicate with all members of the department.
- Build,manage and maintain strongrelationshipswith a core group of clients.
- Liaisewith clients to establish a strongmarketingnetwork.
- To report to a designated personal development mentor providing evidence of progression (in terms of
skill development, personal time management and integration into the organizational culture)
- Observe all health and safety regulations imposed by the organization.
- Attend all relevantdepartmental meetings
