the barriers between the minorities and non Hispanic whites, but there are still factors that discourage

Observing Social Behavior Social behavior is everywhere in society, hence why I didn t go far to
observe it. I observed social behavior by watching the first episode of Better Call Saul with no sound,
observing only the characters actions and the setting, to try and decipher the plot. By doing this, I have
gathered what I trust to be, the plot of the show. I believe it s a flashback to a young lawyer, James
McGill, trying to make it in his field. Between the struggle to make it and present day, something has
gone wrong. He is very skittish and afraid someone is going to come after him. We see this when he is
working at his present job, as a Cinnabon employee, and a man is staring at him. James starts
panicking, you can see him gulp down his spit, he is afraid this man is after him, but then the man
goes to greet his others outside the entrance and James is relieved. He then goes home to an empty

The degree of success achieved by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) in South Africa is
a topic of great debate. Following the end of apartheid in 1994, the TRC came into operation in South
Africa on the 19th of July 1995 (Stanley 2001). After an era of repression and human rights abuses
there was a significant need for a form of transitional justice that not only addressed the torment
endured by much of the population but also ensured that the structural inequalities of the past were
properly dealt with. It was essential that South Africa s new political strategy encompassed the key
aspects of social justice, the rule of law and reconciliation (Stanley 2001). A major aspect of TRCs is
the promotion of truth to instigate a process of healing and result in successful reconciliation (Wilson
2003). However there are strong arguments that the TRC did not adequately address these issues and
was therefore not successful in achieving the objectives set out in its mandate. This paper will discuss
the main strengths and weaknesses of the TRC in South Africa as well as querying whether other
forms of transitional justice would have been more appropriate for this situation. Furthermore it will
discuss the use of the International Criminal Court around the world and whether this is a more
appropriate form of transitional justice. One of the main limitations of the TRC in South Africa that

Recruited teachers will be randomly assigned to one of three conditions. Participants in the first
condition will receive continued coaching on embedded instruction. Teachers in this condition will
receive training by their coach for one hour per week, be observed by their coach one hour per week,
and will receive feedback through email or phone call. Teachers in the second condition will attend
two six hour long workshops on embedded instruction and will not have continued contact with an
