This case study examines knowledge, attitudes, and practices regarding Islamic banking among 200 account holders at banks in Sindh, Pakistan. It aims to understand perceptions of Islamic versus conventional banking. The research found a relationship between knowledge of Islamic banking concepts like prohibitions on interest and permissible financing structures, and individuals' banking practices. Attitudes did not influence the link between knowledge and behavior. The study also assessed awareness of various Islamic banking products such as deposit, investment, and financing options.
