Atropine like action
Current uses of atropine
• treatment of poisoning by organophosphorus
nerve agents having anticholinesterase activity
as well as insecticides in adults and pediatric
patients weighing more than 41 kg
• Dose: Three (3) Atropine autoinjectors should
be injected to patient; one (1) for mild
symptoms plus two (2) more for severe
symptoms

• Hyoscyamine
• Timonium
• Mebeverine
• Dose : 3 times
Daily ½ hour
Before meals
Coloverin
• Coloverin A for anxeity
• Coloverin D for distention
• Colverin SR twice daily
Overactive bladder (OAB)

• Oxybutynin
• Tolterodine
