This study examines factors that influence university students' acceptance of e-learning in the United Arab Emirates. The researcher distributed a survey to 366 students from two universities to gather data on how enjoyment, accessibility, subjective norms, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use impact students' intention to use e-learning systems. The study is based on the Technology Acceptance Model and aims to determine how external factors affect students' perceptions and intentions regarding e-learning. The results of the study provide implications for education developers and policymakers on how to effectively implement e-learning programs.
