Even though LGBT healthcare is a need in many communities, doctors aren t always
equipped to handle LGBT patients. Medical teachers see the need for literature and
education in this area, but they also are unsure of how to start the conversation when

justify the lack of medical attention by citing studies that show suicide rates are still
high among individuals who have transitioned and that many of them regret

Abstract
PM within organizations is gaining momentum and an indispensable component of
the work flow procedure. Improving organization project management can effectively
improve an organization use of resources. Nevertheless, if an an organization does not
possess a clean target and does not follow project phases no one willing enters into

However, one part that I found incredible was the final scene and the
cinematography involved in order to make is as good as it was. This is when
Antoine had run away and is on the beach looking at the water. He had always
wanted to go to the sea and this was his first time. The camera angle that zoomed
into his face highlights the dramatic moment. It was almost as if Antoine was
looking directly at us thorough the camera. I decided to do some research on this

the prejudice and discrimination faced by a fictional minority minority group. The

derelationalized unit of production in the service of commercial and/or political

The fact that this story in itself is written as a faux instruction manual on how to
act when on a date with a certain girl shows that not only the narrator himself is
having an issue fitting in, but maybe others as well. The narrator also hides things
that make the narrator who they are, that show the culture and where the narrator

different from what may be accepted as the general norm in the society of the

The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath is a realistic fiction novel that tell the story of a young
women s spiral towards insanity and her strive towards social acceptance. Plath
writes of Esther Greenwood, a very talented and successful scholar, who receives
the chance to intern for a magazine in New York City. This internship is when the
audience is given their first glance into Esther s lack of feelings and empathy

The novel is set up in chronological order with some flashbacks, which creates an
effortless transition between time frames. The author starts the story when Esther
has just arrived in New York giving a basis for the plotline and finishes with Esther
s treatment at the mental asylum, which gives the novel the feeling of a
conclusion even though it is not a traditional or mainstream happy ending . This

This career episode is about my job responsibilities as a Junior Electrical Data
Analyst at American Power Conversion by Schneider Electric. Schneider Electric is a
French company which specializes in electrical, automation and energy management.
I am employed by Schneider Electric Philippines on October 14, 2014 up to the
present. I am currently based in Schneider Electric Philippines Cavite Plant.
Schneider Electric in Rosario, Cavite is situated in an economic zone with other
international companies within the vicinity. The Schneider Electric Cavite plant
manufactures Uninterruptable Power Supplies and Cooling Units for Data Centers.
Although I was under the American Power Conversion by Schneider Electric which
mostly caters UPSs, racks and cooling units for data centers, I was assigned to the
Energy, Partner and Industry division of Schneider Electric which caters Medium
Voltage, Low Voltage and Automation products.

CE 3.1 I am part of the traceability team that manages the Energy and Partner
Installed Base of Schneider Electric Australia. As a Junior Electrical Data Analyst, I
track the medium voltage, low voltage and automation products installed in
different companies in Australia. Locally, there are only two of us in the team. My
senior and myself as a junior. We both report directly to our manager who is based

In the year 2016, the American Cancer Society projected that 595,690 individuals
will pass due to cancer and 1,685,210 individuals will develop a new cancer case.
Many scientists such as Dr. Bert Vogelstein or Dr. Robert Weinburg have been trying
to understand the mechanism behind cancer and create therapeutic agents that could
potentially prevent this disease from occurring. The most novel and studied geneand

There was a cool breeze coming from the Lake, the waves were rolling into shore
and nothing else but the midnight silence, also the two bangs that brighten the

Private Ryan status of where he is being stationed is unknown, for this mission
Captain Miller picks seven men for this formidable mission. Along the way the
squadron unfortunately loses two men in a small fight against a group of
Germans. Eventually, thought their costly journey they find Private Ryan dug in
with his unit and awaiting a German counterattack. Ryan refuses to leaves his
comrades and Miller agrees alongside with his remaining squad to fight as well.
The Germans overwhelms them with many soldiers and unfortunately Captain
Miller and majority of his squad is killed. However, Private Ryan survives and is able
to go back home. In the end our beloved Private Ryan is able to return home but we
lost great soldiers such as Captain Miller whose grave was seen in the beginning
and end of the film, which of course Ryan visited after years of the war. This movie

Development plans are and should be a very complex piece of work. There should
be a long process to come up with problems, goals, fixes and implementation
strategies. This paper will be a summary and evaluation of DeKalb, Illinois
development plan. It was adopted in March of 2005. There were both strong aspects
to the plan, as well as areas that need much work to it. DeKalb s plan considers
multiple aspects for the developmentof many aspects of the community. The plan
starts with the Desired Development direction. This was the beginning of their
update to list off five broad elements for the future of the city including
sustainability, continuous improvement, character, connectivity and cohesion. To
follow these five elements, many meetings were held, a few large and many small,
