6: WHAT HAVE YOU LEARNTABOUT
TECHNOLOGIES FROM THE PROCESS
OF CONSTRICTING THIS PRODUCT?
Research
• In the research stage of the production of our film i used Apple Macs for the research of
the production: i have looked into the genre of our film; i have blogged all my work
using Apple Macs with Google Blogger.
To look into the genre of our film i have used the Internet to get onto website such as
IMDb and YouTube to look into film that are in the same genre of our film. On YouTube
can go one videos and the share or embed the videos.
• To get some key points of my research across, I have
used Slideshare and embedded it onto Blogger. I used
Blogger to post all of my work. I have learnt that you can
embed on Blogger, you can share photos on Blogger and
everything is in one place.
• I used HD cameras to film the preliminary task and used final cut express to
edit it. I learnt how to order the clips, how to cut clips and how to add
transactions such as fade in fade out. In planning of our production I used
Celtx to write the script. This was successful as it is a professional software
and helped the actors with their scenes. I used my camera on my phone for
location photos and I used blogger to post these on.
• In the production I used HD cameras to film. HD cameras
shoot in High definition and gives the film a professional
look. In the post production I used Final cut express to
edit the film, this again was a successful decision as it
allowed us to add transactions and to edit how I want it to
be.
• The successful technology was everything that I used,
however the quality from my camera phone could have
been better. I have learnt how to use Blogger, Final cut
express, Celtx, Slideshare and how to embed videos onto
Blogger.

6: What have you learnt about technologies from the process of constructing this product?

  • 1. 6: WHAT HAVE YOU LEARNTABOUT TECHNOLOGIES FROM THE PROCESS OF CONSTRICTING THIS PRODUCT?
  • 2. Research • In the research stage of the production of our film i used Apple Macs for the research of the production: i have looked into the genre of our film; i have blogged all my work using Apple Macs with Google Blogger. To look into the genre of our film i have used the Internet to get onto website such as IMDb and YouTube to look into film that are in the same genre of our film. On YouTube can go one videos and the share or embed the videos.
  • 3. • To get some key points of my research across, I have used Slideshare and embedded it onto Blogger. I used Blogger to post all of my work. I have learnt that you can embed on Blogger, you can share photos on Blogger and everything is in one place.
  • 4. • I used HD cameras to film the preliminary task and used final cut express to edit it. I learnt how to order the clips, how to cut clips and how to add transactions such as fade in fade out. In planning of our production I used Celtx to write the script. This was successful as it is a professional software and helped the actors with their scenes. I used my camera on my phone for location photos and I used blogger to post these on.
  • 5. • In the production I used HD cameras to film. HD cameras shoot in High definition and gives the film a professional look. In the post production I used Final cut express to edit the film, this again was a successful decision as it allowed us to add transactions and to edit how I want it to be.
  • 6. • The successful technology was everything that I used, however the quality from my camera phone could have been better. I have learnt how to use Blogger, Final cut express, Celtx, Slideshare and how to embed videos onto Blogger.
