Based on RESEARCH
He conducted an study
in 1996 analysing 1,435
companies where only
11 had truly great
leaders.
Through OBSERVATION
He segmented 5 levels of leadership and discovered
that great leaders had humility and professional will.
They do not seek their own success; they share credit
for success; and they consider success the team and
