This paper proposes a novel approach to multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) by combining the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) with Condorcet voting theory to improve the ranking of decision criteria. The traditional AHP method is critiqued for reliance on subjective judgments and standardized scales, which can lead to inaccuracies, whereas the proposed Condorcet-AHP method uses actual voting data for more objective comparisons. Results demonstrate that the Condorcet-AHP approach achieves a lower consistency ratio and more accurate rankings compared to traditional AHP, suggesting its superiority in addressing MCDM problems.
