 Partner with VP of Finance on execution of administrative support to include
expense reports, travel and heavy calendaring
 Partner with Sr. Managers on any administrative tasks as needed: Credit &
Collections, Revenue & Cash Accounting, Disbursements, Cash Applications,
Diversity Collections, North American Operations, Quill, Sales Administration,
National Credit
 Serve as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other
offices, individuals, and external institutions and agencies on a range of specified
issues; organizes and facilitates meetings, conferences, and other special events,
as required
 Assist with project development and planning to ensure more efficient service and
organization of the center
 Coordinates and oversees the day-to-day management of supplies, equipment, and
facilities for the organization, as appropriate, to include order all PC’s for the center,
supplies for the Fax and Copy machines, ordering signage, etc. for Facilities; as
well as keeping conference rooms stocked as needed
 Serve as the Secretary of the Safety Committee
 Assist with onboarding of new associates; preparing orientation folders and
processing all paperwork to include verification and assist in orientation of new
hires.
 Assist in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special projects as
appropriate to include Rewards & Recognition and other associate driven events
 Project Lead on partnering with Fitness Centers, Colleges and Banks to create a
Corporate Partnership for Associates at the center
 Communication specialist for the SSC for announcements on monitors; ensuring
communication is accurate and timely (includes birthdays and anniversaries)
 Assist with the Staples Star program by administering star points to associates and
maintain bank of points for Vice President.
 Kronos Administrator for the center; training new Supervisors and Managers as well
as available for assistance with new Kronos cards and questions.
 Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

 Customer service by way of ordering doors from suppliers, handling customer calls
for repairs and home warranty issues, payments/invoices & payroll
