การอ่านข่าว (NEWS) จัดทาขึ้นเพื่อพัฒนาการออกแบบการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ให้
มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน โดยมุ่งเน้นส่งเสริมความก้าวหน้าทางการอ่านข่าว
(NEWS) ที่มุ่งเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสาคัญ โดยใช้กระบวนการคิดวิเคราะห์สังเคราะห์หลายรูปแบบ
โดยผู้เรียนสามารถศึกษาค้นคว้าด้วยตนเอง ทาให้เกิดทักษะการเรียนรู้อย่างถูกวิธีและมี
ประสิทธิภาพ

ปีที่ 2 เล่มที่ 2 การอ่านข่าว (NEWS) นักเรียนควรปฏิบัติดังนี้
1. ทา Pre – test เพื่อตรวจสอบความรู้เดิมของนักเรียนก่อนที่จะศึกษาชุด
ฝึกทักษะการอ่านจับใจความ
2. ศึกษาจุดประสงค์การเรียนรู้และเนื้อหาตามลาดับขั้นตอนให้เข้าใจ
3. ศึกษาแบบฝึกทักษะการอ่านจับใจความแต่ละเรื่องตามลาดับให้ต่อเนื่องกัน
หากมีข้อสงสัยหรือพบปัญหาให้ขอคาแนะนาหรือสอบถามจากครูผู้สอนเมื่อศึกษาเนื้อหา
แล้วให้ ทา Practice เพื่อทบทวนความรู้
4. เมื่อศึกษาเนื้อหาและปฏิบัติกิจกรรมครบทุกกิจกรรมแล้วให้ทา Post – test

ปีที่ 2 เล่มที่ 2 การอ่านข่าว (NEWS)
ชุดฝึกทักษะการอ่านจับใจความภาษาอังกฤษ รายวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษา
ปีที่ 2 ได้แบ่งขั้นตอนการดาเนินการ ดังนี้
ขั้นที่ 1 การทดสอบก่อนใช้ชุดฝึกทักษะการอ่านจับใจความภาษาอังกฤษ โดย
นาแบบทดสอบก่อนเรียน วัดผลการเรียนรู้ซึ่งเป็นแบบปรนัยจานวนชุดละ 10 ข้อ
ขั้นที่ 2 การให้ความรู้กับนักเรียน เป็นขั้นที่ครูจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ให้นักเรียน
มีความเข้าใจในเนื้อหาในชุดฝึกทักษะการอ่านจับใจความภาษาอังกฤษ ประกอบเพื่อให้
นักเรียนมีความเข้าใจที่ดีขึ้น
ขั้นที่ 3 นาชุดฝึกทักษะการอ่านจับใจความภาษาอังกฤษ มาใช้ในการสร้าง
ความเข้าใจในเนื้อหา ในแต่ละเล่ม
ขั้นที่ 4 การให้นักเรียนได้ฝึกฝน เป็นการให้นักเรียนได้ทาชุดฝึกทักษะ
ในแต่ละเล่ม
ขั้นที่ 5 การทดสอบหลังเรียนแต่ละเล่ม เป็นการวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์การเรียนรู้ของ
นักเรียนในแต่ละเล่ม

6. บทบาทผู้สอน
1. ทดสอบนักเรียนก่อนเรียนโดยการใช้ชุดฝึกทักษะการอ่านจับใจความ
ภาษาอังกฤษ ด้วยข้อสอบปรนัย 40 ข้อ
2. แบ่งนักเรียนเป็นกลุ่ม กลุ่มละ 5-6 คน โดยคละนักเรียนเก่ง ปานกลาง อ่อน
ให้อยู่ในกลุ่มเดียวกัน เพื่อให้นักเรียนเก่งได้ช่วยสอนนักเรียนที่เรียนอ่อน
3. ให้นักเรียนเลือกประธาน เลขานุการกลุ่ม ผู้สอนแนะนาบทบาทหน้าที่ของสมาชิก
4. เตรียมชุดฝึกทักษะการอ่านจับใจความภาษาอังกฤษ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ให้
ผู้เรียนซึ่งประกอบไปด้วยคู่มือนักเรียน ดังนี้ คาชี้แจงสาหรับผู้เรียน เนื้อหา แบบฝึกทักษะ
แบบทดสอบก่อนเรียนและแบบทดสอบหลังเรียนของชุดฝึกทักษะแต่ละเล่ม
5. ขณะที่นักเรียนใช้ชุดฝึกทักษะการอ่านจับใจความภาษาอังกฤษ ผู้สอนคอยดูแล
ชี้แนะ และให้คาปรึกษาสังเกตพฤติกรรมการทางานรายบุคคล และการทางานกลุ่ม เพื่อ
เสนอแนะและปรับปรุงการทางานให้ดีขึ้น
6. ถ้านักเรียนไม่เข้าใจแบบฝึกหัดใด นักเรียนสามารถสอบถามหรือขอคาแนะนาจาก
ครูผู้สอนหรือใช้ Dictionary หากมีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับคาศัพท์
7. ผู้สอน/ผู้เรียนเก็บคะแนนจากการทาแบบฝึกทักษะ และการทดสอบก่อนเรียน
และหลังเรียนของแบบฝึกทักษะแต่ละเล่ม ตรวจผลงานนักเรียนและประเมินผล
8. ให้นักเรียนทาแบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์หลังเรียนใช้เวลา 60 นาที

News Reading
ก่อนเริ่มฝึกอ่านข่าวภาษาอังกฤษ ควรรู้เทคนิคในการอ่านดังนี้
1. ควรมีพื้นฐานศัพท์มาพอสมควร เนื่องจากในข่าวมีการใช้คาศัพท์ที่หลากหลายมาก
2. ต้องรู้จักรูปแบบของข่าวหรือNews Form จะทาให้สามารถอ่านข่าวได้อย่างเข้าใจ
3. เริ่มอ่านจากข่าวสั้นๆ ง่าย ๆ โดยเฉพาะข่าวในท้องถิ่น หรือข่าวภายในประเทศ
เพื่อสร้างกาลังใจในการอ่านให้ตนเองและเป็นพื้นฐานการอ่านข่าวระดับสูงขึ้นไป
4. การอ่านหนังสือพิมพ์ที่ดี ต้องรู้จักใช้บริบทในการแปลศัพท์ พยายาม
อย่าใช้พจนานุกรม (Dictionary) ช่วยแปล
5. ใช้หนังสือพิมพ์ภาษาไทยประกอบ
6. พยายามหา Main subject และ Main verb เพื่อจะได้เข้าใจจุดมุ่งหมาย
หรือใจความ (Main idea) ของข่าว
7. ที่สาคัญ...ต้องฝึกอ่านทุกวัน เพียงวันละ 10 – 15 นาที แล้วจะรู้สึกได้ว่า
คลังคาศัพท์ของคุณได้เพิ่มขึ้น และสามารถอ่านภาษาอังกฤษได้เร็วขึ้น
อย่างน่าประหลาดใจ

16. ข่าว (News) หมายถึง เหตุการณ์ที่คนในสังคมกาลังให้ความสนใจและตีพิมพ์
เผยแพร่ทางหนังสือพิมพ์ หรือนิตยสาร เหตุการณ์ที่นามาเขียนเป็นข่าวจะต้องเป็น
เรื่องทันเหตุการณ์หรือส่งผลกระทบต่อบุคคลในสังคม
องค์ประกอบของข่าวมี 3 ส่วน คือ
1. Headline (หัวข้อข่าว/พาดหัวข่าว) ให้ข้อมูลแก่ผู้อ่านถึงแนวคิดว่าข่าว
เกี่ยวกับเรื่องอะไร โดยชี้ให้เห็นความสาคัญของเรื่อง
2. Lead (พาดหัวรอง) ย่อหน้าแรกของข่าวจะบอกความสาคัญของ
ข้อเท็จจริงในข่าวหรือใจความสาคัญ ขยายความหัวข่าวเด่นและให้ข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมอีก
เล็กน้อยเพื่อนาผู้อ่านเข้าสู่เนื้อข่าว
3. Body (เนื้อข่าว) บอกรายละเอียดของข่าวอย่างละเอียดว่าใคร ทาอะไร
ที่ไหน เมื่อไร อย่างไร
วิธีการอ่านข่าวให้เข้าใจ
เราสามารถสรุปข่าวทั้งเรื่องได้จากการอ่านข่าวนา เพราะข่าวนาจะให้ข้อมูล
แก่เรา ดังนี้
