A huge amount of injuries in the woodwork room happen to
the hands, Why???
Simple things like keeping the hands behind the blade
when using the chisel make it much easier

 Brush dust from the bench – never blow the dust away
(eyes)
 Wear safety glasses and a dust mask when sanding.
 Protective gloves should be worn when handling hot
materials.
 Wear the correct protective equipment when using
chemicals such as adhesives and finishes.

 Don’t interfere with others using the equipment
 Transformers reduce the electricity used in
the tool to make it safer.
