The Deputy Floor Manager assists the Floor Manager in running daily floor activities including administrative duties, customer service, and supervising sales associates. They are responsible for driving sales, monitoring team performance, and ensuring targets are met. Main duties include preparing schedules, monitoring sales targets, inventory control, visual merchandising, supervising cleaners, handling returns, and ensuring policies are followed. The role focuses on customer service excellence, mentoring the team, and developing objectives to grow sales volumes.
