During the two years of the project all
partners had set a team in charge of
monitoring the project. That helped to the
design and the implementation of all the
activities before, during and after each
mobility according to the planned and
beyond.
We always stay together forever!

TV shots
The Italian partner has presented the TV-shot final product. All the
partners were satisfied with the result of the work. The TV-shots will
be posted in the Youtube, the web page and the FB page of our
project by the coordinator.
Documentary
The documentary was not presented by the Polish partner due to
technical problems but she promised very soon to upload it in the
common folder. Then it will be published in the YouTube, the web
page and the FB page of the project by the coordinator.
Presentation of all the
outputs of the project
A common file has been created and shared with all the partners,
with some important information for applying to the eTwinning
Quality Label:
1st - each country will apply to the National Quality Label;
we have analyzed all the fields that each partner must
fill
each partner should create a new login for the NSS, so
that they can go inside and evaluate the work.
All the partners must apply till the 30th of June.
2nd - The Polish partner has informed that now, one teacher
must apply for the European Quality Label.
3rd - when we get the European Label, one partner should
apply to the eTwinning prizes and all the other must add
comments to make the application stronger.
It is important to embed most part of the documents. We will try
to embed the newsletter from Canva to eTwinning. If we do not
succeed, we will upload to slideshare and share it from there.
To receive more points on the curricular integration, we have
decided that we should add some introductions to each activity. It
is important to explain not only the activity, but also the reasons
why we did it.
All the students should go to Forum/Evaluation, to write
something and to post a photo about her/his experience on the
Project.
We should use more the Project Journal.
Monitoring Session of
the Project
Preparation of the application
of the eTwinning Quality Label
Each partner will prepare an adult
training, having as target group the
parents of the participants students, but
also opened to the community.
The training will focus on inclusion and
should be presented by the students.
The event should be registered on EPALE,
and this registration will work as a
dissemination strategy.
A SWAY template has been shared, and it
can be used by the partners, if they wish

to edit the context about the Transnational Project Meeting.
The rest of the required information will be given by the
coordinator.
At the bottom of the document the partners will also have to
answer to the two following questions :
How many students with special needs and fewer opportunities
have participated in the mobilities?
How many students with special needs and fewer opportunities

following :
Future Collaboration between
the Partnership
A future collaboration was raised as a matter by the coordinator and
all partners expressed their positive attitude to that. So they came to
an agreement that the partnership could continue next year by
