1 - Attendance
The second transnational project meeting - TPM2 - was held from 9 to 11 October 2018 at the Italian
school - Istituto Comprensivo San Pellegrino Terme - with the presence of 2 representatives from
each country:

2 - Evaluation of the 1st year of the project
First of all, in this meeting the working group carried out an evaluation of the first year of the
project, based on the analysis of the results obtained with the various questionnaires carried
out in the previous school year, such as:
- Microsoft Word competency quiz (for students)
- Microsoft PowerPoint competency quiz (for students)
- satisfaction questionnaires C2- Slovenia and C3 - Portugal (for students and teachers)
Afterwards, the Interim Report of the Project was started, which, after completion, was
submitted to the Mobility Tool platform and sent to the Portuguese National Agency.

3 - Reflective analysis of the interim report
All partners reflected on the main points to be filled in the interim report, such as:
1 - Project Management and Implementation
✓ Please provide an overall state of play of your project: what are the achievements of
the project at this stage? Are the initial project activities and objectives being carried
out and reached so far?
✓ Please describe further in details the project activities supported by the grant for
Project Management and Implementation that have been carried out until now.
✓ How is the monitoring of the project being carried out so far and by whom?
✓ How did the project partners contribute to the project so far? Has the distribution of
tasks been adjusted since the application stage?
✓ If your project involves other organisations, not formally participating in the project,
please briefly describe their involvement.
✓ If relevant, please describe any difficulties you have encountered in managing the
implementation of the project and how you and your partners handle them.
2 - Transnational Project Meetings
✓ Please briefly describe the Transnational Project Meetings that have been organised
within your project so far.
3 - Follow-up
✓ What has been the project's impact so far on the participants, participating
organisations, target groups and other relevant stakeholders?
4 - Dissemination and Use of Projects' Results
✓ - In case already applicable, to whom did you disseminate the project results inside
and outside your partnership so far? Please define in particular your targeted
audience(s) at local/regional/national/EU level/international and explain your
choices.

4 - Exchange of institutional management tools:
At this meeting, the project support platforms were also examined and updated, such as:
• Mobility Tool;
• Website do projeto - ictformyschoolblog.wordpress.com;
• Etwinning;
• Europass.

5 - Organisation of tasks and calendar for the future activities;
communication; dissemination; use of the grant
For the organisation of tasks Turkey just need to elaborate the ICT Course Subjects and the
questionnaires of Movie Maker, the Report of TPM and LTT and the questionnaire. For the
Final report - the group will meet in July 2018 for its elaboration.
Transnational Project Meeting in each country:
TPM1 – Portugal from January 11 to 13, 2017;
TPM2 – Italy from October 9 to 11, 2017;
TPM3 – Slovenia from January 31 to February 2, 2018;
TPM4 –Turkey from July 2 to 4, 2018
The LTTA have happened/will take place in the following chronological order:
- C1 Slovenia from 20 to 24 March 2017;
- C2 Portugal from 29 May to 2 June 2017;
- C3 Italy from 9 to 13 October 2017 and
- C4 Turkey from 28 May to 1 June 2018

  • 3. “I’m collaborating with ICT for my School” 1 - Attendance The second transnational project meeting - TPM2 - was held from 9 to 11 October 2018 at the Italian school - Istituto Comprensivo San Pellegrino Terme - with the presence of 2 representatives from each country: Nuccia Rota, Maria Carmen Beretta representing the school Stituto Comprensivo San Pellegrino Terme (Italy) from October 9 to 11, 2017 Helena Markuta, Betka Mahnič, Doris Kužel representing the school Osnovna Sola Skofja Loka-Mesto (Slovenia) from October 9 to 11, 2017 Sabri Tavaz representing the school Himmet Çondur Cumhuriyet Ortackulu (Turkey) from October 9 to 11, 2017 Anabela Torre, Ernestina Silva representing the school Agrupamento de Escolas Dr. Flávio Gonçalves, Póvoa de Varzim (Portugal) from October 9 to 11, 2017
  • 4. “I’m collaborating with ICT for my School” 2 - Evaluation of the 1st year of the project First of all, in this meeting the working group carried out an evaluation of the first year of the project, based on the analysis of the results obtained with the various questionnaires carried out in the previous school year, such as: - Microsoft Word competency quiz (for students) - Microsoft PowerPoint competency quiz (for students) - satisfaction questionnaires C2- Slovenia and C3 - Portugal (for students and teachers) Afterwards, the Interim Report of the Project was started, which, after completion, was submitted to the Mobility Tool platform and sent to the Portuguese National Agency.
  • 5. “I’m collaborating with ICT for my School” 3 - Reflective analysis of the interim report All partners reflected on the main points to be filled in the interim report, such as: 1 - Project Management and Implementation ✓ Please provide an overall state of play of your project: what are the achievements of the project at this stage? Are the initial project activities and objectives being carried out and reached so far? ✓ Please describe further in details the project activities supported by the grant for Project Management and Implementation that have been carried out until now. ✓ How is the monitoring of the project being carried out so far and by whom? ✓ How did the project partners contribute to the project so far? Has the distribution of tasks been adjusted since the application stage? ✓ If your project involves other organisations, not formally participating in the project, please briefly describe their involvement. ✓ If relevant, please describe any difficulties you have encountered in managing the implementation of the project and how you and your partners handle them. 2 - Transnational Project Meetings ✓ Please briefly describe the Transnational Project Meetings that have been organised within your project so far. 3 - Follow-up ✓ What has been the project's impact so far on the participants, participating organisations, target groups and other relevant stakeholders? 4 - Dissemination and Use of Projects' Results ✓ - In case already applicable, to whom did you disseminate the project results inside and outside your partnership so far? Please define in particular your targeted audience(s) at local/regional/national/EU level/international and explain your choices.
  • 6. “I’m collaborating with ICT for my School” 4 - Exchange of institutional management tools: At this meeting, the project support platforms were also examined and updated, such as: • Mobility Tool; • Website do projeto - ictformyschoolblog.wordpress.com; • Etwinning; • Europass.
  • 7. “I’m collaborating with ICT for my School” 5 - Organisation of tasks and calendar for the future activities; communication; dissemination; use of the grant For the organisation of tasks Turkey just need to elaborate the ICT Course Subjects and the questionnaires of Movie Maker, the Report of TPM and LTT and the questionnaire. For the Final report - the group will meet in July 2018 for its elaboration. Transnational Project Meeting in each country: TPM1 – Portugal from January 11 to 13, 2017; TPM2 – Italy from October 9 to 11, 2017; TPM3 – Slovenia from January 31 to February 2, 2018; TPM4 –Turkey from July 2 to 4, 2018 The LTTA have happened/will take place in the following chronological order: - C1 Slovenia from 20 to 24 March 2017; - C2 Portugal from 29 May to 2 June 2017; - C3 Italy from 9 to 13 October 2017 and - C4 Turkey from 28 May to 1 June 2018
