From the 7th till the 11th of May 2018, 10 students and 12 teachers from Greece, Italy, Norway,
Poland and Turkey, were hosted for the 2nd Blended Mobility of the Erasmus+ Project We All
Stand Together, at Agrupamento de Escolas de Miranda do Corvo.  The host school has directly
involved 12 students and 12 teachers from different subjects, but also 200 students and 50
teachers were also indirectly involved during the preparation of the project activities, that have
been developed during the week.

The participants took part in the
following activities:
Ice Breaking Activities (Introducing the participants, discovering partner countries, play a Kahoot Game,
Play Inclusion Games at the Gym); 
Stop Motion Workshop - international teams of students and teachers created a Stop Motion Video
concerning Inclusion, following the stories that had been created in Poland, during the 1st blended mobility;
History Workshop: Fighting for Freedom. The history of the 25th of April Revolution (video and Plickers
activity);
We All stand together by Sport: sport as a tool for inclusion and support the others;
We All Stand Together by Art: a workshop to create a wall with the logo of the project. International teams
have been responsible to prepare one part of the logo. Each one is a part of a bigger one;
European Youth Forum: the students have presented a lecture of 5 minutes about their opinion concerning
Inclusion. After them, representatives of three institutions that work on inclusion (Plataforma PAJE, ADFP
Foundation, Pró-Inclusão), shared also their thoughts about the subject;
Workshop about cartoons: the international teams attended a workshop about the creation of cartoons,
using the webtool Pixton and the credentials that have already been created. Each team will create a
cartoon following the same story they have worked during the week. The deadline for this activity is the end
of the school year. The Portuguese students will created a group on Instagram (for each group), to continue
the communication after the mobility and to continue the work after the return.
Teaching Learning Activities (workshops)
Workshop about Learning Design;
Preparing the final version of the questionnaire
(deciding on the deadlines and the ways to collect
data);
Evaluation of the 1st year:                                     -
Analysis of the Gantt Chart and the Application
Form;
Preparing the 2nd year of the project:                 
- A shared folder has been created, using the
wast.erasmus@aemc.edu.pt. All the local
coordinators have been invited as contributors,
with the permissions to read, edit and comment;
- The website will be updated continuously;       
 - All the partners agree on inviting more students
to the facebook page.

welcome the partners with a dance from each
participant country);
Ecumenical Temple of Miranda do Corvo;
Biological Park of Quinta da Paiva (Miranda do

A. Questionnaire:
        a. The final version of the Questionnaire has been set;
        b. During the week after the meeting in Portugal, the Greek team will send the final version to Sevi,
            to ask for her agreement on the changes;
        c. The Portuguese team will prepare a short introduction to explain the students what we need from
            them. The introduction must be short and it cannot indicates any kind of right answer. This
            introduction must also be approved by Sevi, as coordinator of the scientific research;
        d. Each partner must translate the questionnaire to the national language, both for methodology
            reasons of the scientific research, but also because it will be a final product;
        e. Each partner will apply the questionnaire, on paper version, to 50 to 70 students till the end of
            the school year;
         f. The Portuguese delegation will prepare an SPSS file and send it to all the partners, so that each
            one will introduce their own results;
         g. This file must be sent back to Luís till the 15th July. He will put everything on one single file and
             send it to the Greek team, for the statistical analyses.
B. Lesson Plans
          a. One Lesson Plan per country;
          b. Each lesson plan with 5 Teaching learning activities;
          c. Each activity prepared for 60 to 90 minutes;
          d. Each country will focus on the words they already have used for the European Youth Forum;
          e. Deadline: 31st of March 2019.
C. Dissemination
         a. The newsletters prepared by the turkish team are very good, and represents very well the work
             that is being done;
         b. After each mobility, the host partner will send to Habib some information to prepare the
             newsletter;
         c. The newsletter must be shared will all the stakeholders of each participant school (Parents
             association, local authorities, local institutions, training centres...);
         d. The partners must collect all the news published about our project and share them on the
             facebook page and on a google doc prepared by Maria and Sakis;
         e. All the partners must update the Erasmus corner at school;
         f. The Youtube Channel and the Website will be continuously updated.
The partners have agreed on the following:
Foundation ADFP (Inclusion
of special needs persons in
labour market);
Quinta da Conraria
(Inclusion of special needs
persons in daily life
activities).
Sharing of Practices
Creating a video (introduction of the participants);
Creation and publishing of a video as a summary of the day, published on
the facebook page of the project;
Live Sessions on Facebook;
Presenting the Stop Motion Videos - press conference (the journalists
requested some written information about the products and about the
activities that were implemented during the week.

D. Future activities
             a. Inclusion Dictionnaire:
                   i. The Portuguese team will send the guidelines for the work to be done by the students till
                  Norway.
             b. Volunteer day:
                   i. 2018 - Poland has already done the volunteer day. The other partners will do it till the
                   Students Exchange in Norway;
                  ii. 2019: In Norway, the team will decide on day to prepare a common volunteer activity;
             c. Training for parents about Inclusion/EPALE:
                   i. The guidelines for this task will be decided in Norway.
E. Short-term exchange of group of Pupils |  Norway
             a. Dates: 22nd to 26th of October 2018;
             b. Activities:
                   i. Preparing the guidelines for the documentary about Inclusion (the interviews done at school
                      with role models will be a part of this documentary);
                  ii. Preparing the guidelines for the TV Shot about Inclusion (then, each partner will prepare
                       the TV shot and send it to the Italian partner, who will compile the files in one);
                 iii. Preparing the Dictionnaire about Inclusion (on a google doc, the students will prepare a
                       dictionnaire with words related to inclusion in all the languages of the project and English
                       (Greek, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese and Turkish):
                           i. It could be interesting to present this activity to the community (a wall, an Inclusion
                              Corner, a wordcloud, some interactive games like kahoot or Quizizz…);
                  iv. The students who will participate in Norway’s exchange, will have to work and finish the
                       video cartoon which has started in Portugal.
F. Short-term exchange of group of Pupils | Itay
              a. Dates: 25th February to 1st of March 2019;
              b. Activities:
                    i. To present the TV Shot about Inclusion;
                   ii. The coordinator team will present the descriptive analysis of the unified SPSS file of our
                       research;
                  iii. Each partner will present the lesson plans about Inclusion (after Italy, the partnership will
                       upload the final product to the School Education Gateway);
                   iv. Gastronomy Workshop;
                    v. Preparing the guidelines of the booklet.
G. Transnational Project Meeting - Turkey
              a. Dates (to decide till the meeting in Norway) - The dates had to be changed, in order to respect
                  the religious time of Ramadan, in Turkey. It was impossible to fix the dates, so we have
                  decided to point 2 different dates, to choose after each partner knows about its school
                  calendar for 2018_2019:
                     i. A - 3rd, 4th and 5th of April 2019
                    ii. B - 10th, 11th and 12th of April 2019
              b. Activities:
                     i. To present the documentary about Inclusion (with the interviews done at school with one
                        or two role models that have succeed in their life, despite the fact that they are coming
                        from a minority or a group of disadvantaged people);
                    ii. To present the Booklet;
                   iii. To prepare the final Report.

We all stand together coimbra

  • 1. From the 7th till the 11th of May 2018, 10 students and 12 teachers from Greece, Italy, Norway, Poland and Turkey, were hosted for the 2nd Blended Mobility of the Erasmus+ Project We All Stand Together, at Agrupamento de Escolas de Miranda do Corvo.  The host school has directly involved 12 students and 12 teachers from different subjects, but also 200 students and 50 teachers were also indirectly involved during the preparation of the project activities, that have been developed during the week. BLENDED MOBILITY OF SCHOOL LEARNERS - COIMBRA/PORTUGAL 7th May - 11th May 2018 WAST W e A l l S t a n d T o g e t h e r • P R O J E C T N R . : 2 0 1 7 - 1 - E L 0 1 - K A 2 1 9 - 0 3 6 1 8 6 • Teaching Learning Activities (workshops) Workshops for teachers (leaded by the Project Coordinator and Local Coordinator) Cultural Activities Sharing of Practices Dissemination Activities The participants took part in the following activities:

Ice Breaking Activities (Introducing the participants, discovering partner countries, play a Kahoot Game, Play Inclusion Games at the Gym);  Stop Motion Workshop - international teams of students and teachers created a Stop Motion Video concerning Inclusion, following the stories that had been created in Poland, during the 1st blended mobility; History Workshop: Fighting for Freedom. The history of the 25th of April Revolution (video and Plickers activity); We All stand together by Sport: sport as a tool for inclusion and support the others; We All Stand Together by Art: a workshop to create a wall with the logo of the project. International teams have been responsible to prepare one part of the logo. Each one is a part of a bigger one; European Youth Forum: the students have presented a lecture of 5 minutes about their opinion concerning Inclusion. After them, representatives of three institutions that work on inclusion (Plataforma PAJE, ADFP Foundation, Pró-Inclusão), shared also their thoughts about the subject; Workshop about cartoons: the international teams attended a workshop about the creation of cartoons, using the webtool Pixton and the credentials that have already been created. Each team will create a cartoon following the same story they have worked during the week. The deadline for this activity is the end of the school year. The Portuguese students will created a group on Instagram (for each group), to continue the communication after the mobility and to continue the work after the return. Teaching Learning Activities (workshops) Workshop about Learning Design; Preparing the final version of the questionnaire (deciding on the deadlines and the ways to collect data); Evaluation of the 1st year:                                     - Analysis of the Gantt Chart and the Application Form; Preparing the 2nd year of the project:                  - A shared folder has been created, using the wast.erasmus@aemc.edu.pt. All the local coordinators have been invited as contributors, with the permissions to read, edit and comment; - The website will be updated continuously;         - All the partners agree on inviting more students to the facebook page. Workshops for teachers (leaded by the Project Coordinator and Local Coordinator) Intercultural Activity (the portuguese students welcome the partners with a dance from each participant country); Ecumenical Temple of Miranda do Corvo; Biological Park of Quinta da Paiva (Miranda do Corvo); Museum of Chanfana (local traditional food); Reception at the City Hall; University of Coimbra (guided visit); Discovering Coimbra on a sightseeing Tour:         - University, Arcos do Jardim, Penedo da Saudade, Praça da República, Celas, Solum, Areeiro, Rainha Santa Isabel Bridge, Santa Clara, Quinta das Lágrimas, Portugal dos Pequenitos, Mosteiro de S. Francisco, Largo da Portagem, Rua da Sofia, Mercado Municipal, University. Cultural Activities PAGE 2
  • 3. A. Questionnaire:         a. The final version of the Questionnaire has been set;         b. During the week after the meeting in Portugal, the Greek team will send the final version to Sevi,             to ask for her agreement on the changes;         c. The Portuguese team will prepare a short introduction to explain the students what we need from             them. The introduction must be short and it cannot indicates any kind of right answer. This             introduction must also be approved by Sevi, as coordinator of the scientific research;         d. Each partner must translate the questionnaire to the national language, both for methodology             reasons of the scientific research, but also because it will be a final product;         e. Each partner will apply the questionnaire, on paper version, to 50 to 70 students till the end of             the school year;          f. The Portuguese delegation will prepare an SPSS file and send it to all the partners, so that each             one will introduce their own results;          g. This file must be sent back to Luís till the 15th July. He will put everything on one single file and              send it to the Greek team, for the statistical analyses. B. Lesson Plans           a. One Lesson Plan per country;           b. Each lesson plan with 5 Teaching learning activities;           c. Each activity prepared for 60 to 90 minutes;           d. Each country will focus on the words they already have used for the European Youth Forum;           e. Deadline: 31st of March 2019. C. Dissemination          a. The newsletters prepared by the turkish team are very good, and represents very well the work              that is being done;          b. After each mobility, the host partner will send to Habib some information to prepare the              newsletter;          c. The newsletter must be shared will all the stakeholders of each participant school (Parents              association, local authorities, local institutions, training centres...);          d. The partners must collect all the news published about our project and share them on the              facebook page and on a google doc prepared by Maria and Sakis;          e. All the partners must update the Erasmus corner at school;          f. The Youtube Channel and the Website will be continuously updated. The partners have agreed on the following: Foundation ADFP (Inclusion of special needs persons in labour market); Quinta da Conraria (Inclusion of special needs persons in daily life activities). Sharing of Practices Creating a video (introduction of the participants); Creation and publishing of a video as a summary of the day, published on the facebook page of the project; Live Sessions on Facebook; Presenting the Stop Motion Videos - press conference (the journalists requested some written information about the products and about the activities that were implemented during the week.   • 4. D. Future activities              a. Inclusion Dictionnaire:                    i. The Portuguese team will send the guidelines for the work to be done by the students till                   Norway.              b. Volunteer day:                    i. 2018 - Poland has already done the volunteer day. The other partners will do it till the                    Students Exchange in Norway;                   ii. 2019: In Norway, the team will decide on day to prepare a common volunteer activity;              c. Training for parents about Inclusion/EPALE:                    i. The guidelines for this task will be decided in Norway. E. Short-term exchange of group of Pupils |  Norway              a. Dates: 22nd to 26th of October 2018;              b. Activities:                    i. Preparing the guidelines for the documentary about Inclusion (the interviews done at school                       with role models will be a part of this documentary);                   ii. Preparing the guidelines for the TV Shot about Inclusion (then, each partner will prepare                        the TV shot and send it to the Italian partner, who will compile the files in one);                  iii. Preparing the Dictionnaire about Inclusion (on a google doc, the students will prepare a                        dictionnaire with words related to inclusion in all the languages of the project and English                        (Greek, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese and Turkish):                            i. It could be interesting to present this activity to the community (a wall, an Inclusion                               Corner, a wordcloud, some interactive games like kahoot or Quizizz…);                   iv. The students who will participate in Norway’s exchange, will have to work and finish the                        video cartoon which has started in Portugal. F. Short-term exchange of group of Pupils | Itay               a. Dates: 25th February to 1st of March 2019;               b. Activities:                     i. To present the TV Shot about Inclusion;                    ii. The coordinator team will present the descriptive analysis of the unified SPSS file of our                        research;                   iii. Each partner will present the lesson plans about Inclusion (after Italy, the partnership will                        upload the final product to the School Education Gateway);                    iv. Gastronomy Workshop;                     v. Preparing the guidelines of the booklet. G. Transnational Project Meeting - Turkey               a. Dates (to decide till the meeting in Norway) - The dates had to be changed, in order to respect                   the religious time of Ramadan, in Turkey. It was impossible to fix the dates, so we have                   decided to point 2 different dates, to choose after each partner knows about its school                   calendar for 2018_2019:                      i. A - 3rd, 4th and 5th of April 2019                     ii. B - 10th, 11th and 12th of April 2019               b. Activities:                      i. To present the documentary about Inclusion (with the interviews done at school with one                         or two role models that have succeed in their life, despite the fact that they are coming                         from a minority or a group of disadvantaged people);                     ii.
