skills. It is depending on the management level.
There are three kinds of management skills that
are;

4. Conceptual skills
The ability to understand concepts , develop ideas and
implement strategies is conceptual skills . Planning
and Organizing functions require a high level of
conceptual skill.
So , Managers need to look an opportunities
in environment and develop strategic plans to
capitalize these opportunities.
5. Human skills
Ability to interact , motivate ,coordinate and control
the behaviour of individuals and groups. It reflect the
leadership abilities of a manager. These skills can be
developed through education , training and work
experiences.
6. Technical skills
The knowledge and proficiency in the trade.
Supervisors need this technical skills the most
because they have to see that goods and services are
produced and deliver. For example , an accounting
has to have expertise in accounting.
Lower level management needs more technical
skills.
