Responsibilities:
FINANCIAL REPORTING & FUND
ADMINISTRATION
➢ Preparing For Mutual Funds, Hedge funds & Private Equity fund financial statements as per US
GAAP and IFRS Standards.
➢ Reconciliation of Cap stock Shares & Dollars activities on Quarter, Semi-annual and Annual basis as
per client requirement.
➢ Working with various products including equities, bonds, swaps, options and futures and Money
market instruments.
➢ Preparation of Balance sheet, Statements of Assets and Liabilities, Statement of operations,
Statement of Changes in Net Assets, Notes to financials, Financial Highlights, Ratio’s.
➢ Financial Statements are prepared as per the scheduled time periods, Semi Annual and Annual funds.
And also preparing MIS reports based on the reports we deliver to Clients and error log reports
received by comments.
➢ Validating all the closing balances of previous year are rolled out to current year and find out any
differences in the value keeping trial balance and all other required reports as a base.
➢ Collecting the backup data which is required for statement preparations, from fund accounting team.
➢ Always sign-off funds preparation as per the checklist, accuracy, timeliness, error free.
➢ Escalation of queries, application issues to onshore technical team, during production time, banking
coordinating with quality and risk team.
➢ Responding to all mails from Client and oversight on the same day and follows SOP and meet SLA’s
on time.
➢ Effectively uses automation (Fund Suite ARC, Fund Suite, Macros, etc.)

2. Data Management:
➢ Update all trackers like volumes, exceptions, etc. Used for Management information.
➢ System and other activities as advised by Deportments.
➢ Ensure that all records and reconciliation done are maintained with utmost adherence to company
policy.
