ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities in HR Function:
• Assist with preparation of the budget related to General Administration, HR etc.
• Implement HR procedures &policies etc.
• Organizing Training for employees, Seminars and other events.
• Provide adequate resources for the functioning of the system for optimum utilization of the resources and
manpower.
• Pay roll, Recruitment, MIS, IR
• Handling Corporate credit cards
 Management of Employee leaves data and assisting the HR functions wherever required
Responsibilities in Administrative Function:
• Providing optimal support to operations(all departments) on key functional areas of General Administration
and Travel services, Logistics, etc,
• Arranging Hotels, Guest house bookings, Air tickets, Railway tickets, cars for existing company and other
Group companies. Providing solutions to help enhance efficiency reduce cost of operation and ensure
compliance to organization’s policies and principles.
• Administering and Managing contracts with different level of Hotels, Airlines, Travel agents , Car services
agents across India towards centralized services. Negotiating on Corporate Rates , Periodic assessment and
Revision of prices ensuring cost rationalization,
• Managing and maintaining Vendors and Supplier contracts for other general services , e.g. Security & Safety,
Facility, Stationeries and related office items, Vending Services, Couriers, Bus &Car services, canteen etc.,
• Setting up Guest house in Cities and Sites, based on company requirement, periodic visits to check the quality
standard and compliance to the management policies
• Providing accommodation and other logistic supports to the Foreign Expatriates, i.e. contracting of transit
houses, management of the same in adherence to the HR policies.
• Refurbishment and Structural and Interior modifications of the Offices both New and Existing, engaging and
coordinating with Vendors e.g. Interiors, Fire systems, etc for Complete set-up of offices,
• Organizing Seminars and other events , providing all sorts of support e.g., Banquets, Catering, Hotel
accommodation, Transportations, Marketing &Branding, Corporate Gifts etc.
• Preparing and Authorizing MR, Purchase orders pertaining to the department functions.
• Authorization of bills related to vendors and supplier payments, manage distribution of utilities Bills and
payments.
• Office Administration, Monitoring Facility Management of the Organization, Take appropriate corrective and
preventive measures for all non-conformances reported.
• Providing support in Banquets, Catering, Hotel accommodation, Transportations, Marketing & Branding,
Corporate Gift Items etc PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
