This job description is for a HR Business Partner Assistant position in Hong Kong at UBS AG. The role involves providing support to HR Business Partners and Managers, including being the point of contact in their absence. Job description
- To provide well-rounded support to the HR Business Partners and Managers including being point of contact for
internal clients in the absence of the BP/HRM and assisting in helping to respond to clients requests for
information
- To partner with HR Managers in planning, developing and rolling out of HR strategy and programs as talent
review, performance management, year-end compensation review, and other ad hoc initiatives
- To provide support to the Human Resources Business Partner and Managers and assist in various HR programs /
initiatives.
- To liaise with other HR specialist teams in support of the day-to-day employment life cycle and various HR
processes such as on and off boarding, employee transfers, employee relations, etc.
- Manage and analyze data primarily using Excel as well as present findings / statistics using Powerpoint.
- To handle regular HR reporting as well as ad hoc reporting

Key learning points
The intern will gain a good understanding of Human Resources practices and processes in Hong Kong / Asia Region.
He/she will have a chance to liaise/interact with both internal and external clients regionally and globally. The intern can

intern would be to prioritize his/her work in terms of dealing with various requests from the business.
