• Analysis of survey results, identify areas of concern and formulate action plan.
• Ensure communication of the results to all employees.
• Ensure implementation of action plan.
• Facilitate smooth implementation of Rewards & Recognition programs.
• Birthday celebrations, celebration of International Women’s day, Safety Day, Town Hall meetings, etc.
• Employee Assistance Program.
 Payroll and Benefits:
• Launched and facilitated smooth migration and implantatiorn of online payroll management system for
white collar team members.
• Companywide implementation of online payroll management system.
• Ensure systems and processes are in place to maintain accuracy of the payroll data.
• Carry out payroll administration duties that include calculation and distribution of salaries, processing
leave, time office, etc.
• Compensation Benchmarking Survey, preparation of report and presentation to senior management
team.
• Processing of timely renewals of EDLI, Group Medi-claim Insurance, Group Personal Accident and
Group Term Life insurance policies.

 Performance Management System
• Implement performance management process across all levels.
• Ensure 100% compliance of ‘Objective Setting by all the employees on TTMS (Terex Talent
Management System), an online portal for performance management.’
• Ensure 100% completion of Performance Review and Development Forms.
• Analysis and review of Appraisal forms, compilation of appraisal ratings and training needs for further
analysis.
• Implement mid-year reviews for all team members on TTMS.
• Identification of high performers, high potentials and low performers and prepare their performance
development plans.
 Talent Acquisition
• Handle ‘full resourcing cycle’ from understanding different department’s requirements, coordinating with
consultants, job portals internal references etc, conducting telephonic and/or personal interview, salary
negotiations, background verification to issuance of offer letter.
• Time bound recruitment of approved vacancies mainly through Referrals and job portal to save
recruitment cost.
• Administer background verification for all the candidates prior to joining the company.
 Employee Separation / Exit
• Implementation of Exit Interview Process.
• Facilitate the Team member in smooth exit.
• Administer employee exit Interviews and one-to one interaction with employees. Identification of areas
of concerns through analysis of exit interviews.
• Analyze root causes of TM attrition. Analyze root causes detracting from TM engagement and
implement countermeasures.
 TMS - HR / MIS
• Ensure 99% TM data accuracy on TMS-HR. Review and updation of team member records on TMS -
HR on regular basis.

Employee Safeguarding
 Responsible for security site survey, deployment and smooth functioning at Hub, and Regional Offices.

 Initiated mass hiring of TSM’s across UP (East), resulted in 100% recruitment hiring for Lucknow zone.
