inducted gun fitter craftsman of corps of EME during their grading course.
Facilitated as Assistant Professor of Armament Engineering & Course Control Officer for Post-Graduation and
Diploma Level Courses at one of the army’s prestigious training institution accredited by AICTE, New
Delhi.
Redesigned comprehensive “Officers Armament and Instrument Engineering Programme” (equivalent to
M.Tech.); the same was regarded by superiors as the “Most Aggressive Training Program within the Army”.
20% optimization of human resources out of 18,000 strong mix of industrial and non-industrial workforce of
civilian workers with deployment of high tech machines and Business process Reengineering(BPR)
Conceptualised and developed digital microprocessor based programmable counter remotely controlled
improvised explosive equipment named Sakriya for Indian Army.

contributions in R & D work in field of Military Surveillance Equipment(For Development of Sakriya)
Played a key role in completing overhaul repair and calibration of Thermal and Laser Based Surveillance
equipment and critical Counter Remotely Controlled Improvised Explosive & Bomb Disposal Equipment within
2 months by sending in-situ mobile repair teams to operational field area near line of control; Received the
Northern Army Commander’s Commendation in Jan 2008 for this “De-Novo Effort” and the team members received
'Director General of Corps of Electronic and Mechanical Engineer’s Professional Excellence Award'.
Formulated as well as developed a Bullet Proof Vehicle based on Indian Vehicle Chassis for troops
operating in counter insurgency area; awarded General Officer Commanding in chief (Army Commanders)
