 Make, Develop & update the Job analysis, Job Description and job
specifications for current & new positions at the company.
 Design a hiring process system flow.
 Responsible about Documenting & updating hiring policies & procedures
at the company wide.
 Conduct man power & head count planning for all the company functions.
 Handling all hiring agencies – universities & institutes, affairs & update the
database constantly.
 Responsible about constructing all jobs interviews to better judge &
evaluate the jobs applicants, to closely match our needs in terms of
needed levels of competencies – skills – abilities models.
 Receive all job requisitions from various departments.
 Update & evaluate sources for potential calibers and collect CVs and
applications.
 Screen CVs.
 Interview & test candidates & recommend the best for further
considerations & keep close relations & communications with departments
heads about the hiring’s statues.
 Prepare the short list with the selected candidates for decision interview.
 Brake & negotiate job offers to qualified candidates.
 Design & execute on boarding & orientation programs for new hires
employees.
 Design & approve all needed processes forms.
 All ISO 9001-4001 Procedures .
 All Procedures of Co-Operating With IMC (Industry Modernization Center ).
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT:
 Responsible about Documenting & updating training & development
policies & procedures at the company wide
 Participate in setting & allocating development activities budgets.
 Design & execute (TNA) Training Needs Analysis process with all company
functions.
 Prepare and approve & execute the corporate training plans (internally &
externally).
 Handle all training providers’ coordination’s & their general affairs.
 Design & conduct training effectiveness evaluation programs & report its
finale scores and further recommendations accordingly.
 All ISO 9001-4001 Procedures .
 All Procedures of Co-Operating With IMC (Industry Modernization Center ).

 Coordinate & Provide reports on our company pay structure to the total
rewards contractor company (HAY) about the annual salary market survey
to stand on our position in the market & submit the final out come of those
surveys to the top management along with our recommendations &
receive their feedbacks.
 Participate annually in reviewing all pay grades for company employees &
make all accordingly adjustments (moving from grade to grade – adjust the
position level - freeze …) & conduct job evaluation if necessary needed.
 Maintain all the company job families’ classifications with detailed
descriptions & pay structure grades & positions levels, which are reflected
on the company total compensation process.
 Participate in choosing the medical insurance Program provider to our
company as one of the company benefits and also evaluate the provider
performance.
 Handling all the industrial modernization center (I.M.C) files & affairs &
coordination's to financially benefit the company from various IMC
services.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS:
 Conduct organizational climate survey.
 Execute employee engagement surveys internally (promote &
communicate survey to employees – give proper process instructions –
provide support – preserve handing due dates….).
 Communicate the analysis reports for the survey results (coming from
engagement survey contractor HEWITT) to the top management.
 Communicate with employees through math meetings about the areas that
put them off engagement.
 Formulate & execute a correction action plan from the employees
 & top management feedbacks
 Measure & evaluate the finale results after implementing the correction
action plan
 Handling all employees’ grievances & conduct necessary investigations &
take positive actions towards solving it.
 Promote & communicate the company (CODE OF ETHICS) to all employees
clearly & investigate any violations and implement disciplinary actions
according to the system rules.
 Responsible about implementing the company recognition systems
 Responsible for coordinating all the company social activities with
external parties or from within the company (summer trips – annual party's
– sports events – etc…)
 Represent the company in social activities regarding employees.
 Conduct all exit Interview and report turnover ratios & reasons along with
my recommendations to avoid such causes in the future
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT & EVALUATION SYSTEM:
 Responsible about setting the performance management & evaluation
process pillars at the company & Train all existing employees & new
comers about the know how of using this system.
 Carry out the performance management program for all company
employees and ensure that it is carried out periodically and effectively &
provide constant support.
 Conduct calibration process comparing company targets & objectives with
actual achieved results scores.
 Provide clustered evaluations scores reports.
 File & Keep Performance management Forms database for every
department up on request from any parte.
