Question 1:
Answered using powerpoint and slide share. Student has used 16 stills from the
video to discuss elements such as costumes, locations, editing, style and genre.
Music video has been analysed well to show how the video conforms to the pop
genre. Answer would have benefited from more real media text examples.
Question 2:
Answered using emaze. Excellent analysis of how font, colour and imagery have
been used to link the tasks together. Some good use of examples from existing
digipaks and posters. Closer links to your music video would have been beneficial.
Question 3:
Using a blog post and facebook feedback. Quite a brief answer. Good display of
comments from facebook however quite a brief analysis of the feedback. Did you
do any more audience surveys? Peer feedback, questionnaires, focus groups etc?
Question 4:
Answered using canva. Most technologies discussed well throughout the 3 stages
of production. Good analysis on how you have used/improved your skills in these
technologies.
Overall a proficient body of work using a range of technologies. Question 3 let the
overall standard down.
