Question 1:
Prezi/SlideShare – excellent detail on how conventions used in production with great
understanding shown of how mise-en-scene used to set up narrative. There is good
evidence of linking product to real products to highlight argument; response shows
good knowledge of genre.
Question 2:
Word/Images – great detail on how mise-en-scene used to link social group to
audience, great detail on representation of characters using code/conventions from
genre. At times too reliant on stereotype and could have used statistical data to
reinforce points.
Use of theorists would have enhanced answer.
Question 3:
PowerPoint/SlideShare – fantastic detail on distributor and why they were chosen.
Clear and solid understanding of distributor portfolio.
Question 4 & 5:
PowToon – good detail on audience with good use of research to inform point. Good
understanding shown of target audience. Limited detail on how audience was
attracted using codes and conventions. Post has feedback from audience, but
unsure who gave feedback and what you thought of this feedback.
Question 6:
Mind Map – some good detail on technologies used in parts of production. Post
shows understanding of how effective each tool was in production, but not very clear
on what was learnt.
Question 7:
Video and Blog – great detail on progress from prelim task with good understanding
demonstrated. Addition of video edits from both products a great addition.
Great detail on questions showing very good understanding of task, audience and
genre.
Great use of analytical detail, images and research in answering questions.
Read your work, as there are lapses in spelling, punctuation and capital letters!
Good use of technologies.
