The candidate has shown proficiency in the in the creative use of most of the
technical skills. Editing matching the beat of the song well and lip syncing is clear.
Controlled use of the camera with some attention to framing. Mise en scene and
performance follow genre conventions proficiently.

Digipak has been constructed as an album proficiently. Good use of conventions in
terms of logos, copyright etc. Good choice of texts and colours to match the genre
and artist. Good addition of step by step showing how the digipak was created.

Poster has been constructed to match the album. A well framed and edited
photograph. There is basic awareness to conventions and layouts. More focus on
the font colour to make the artist stand out is needed.

explained well throughout. Good references to real world examples in both music
videos and film, and to Goodwin’s theory.
Question 2 – answered excellently using a youtube video. Excellent use of examples
to demonstrate each point as well as referring to Goodwin’s theory.
Question 3 – answered excellently using wordle and slideshare. Good use of class
feedback and questionnaires to gauge audience response.
Question 4 – answered excellently using prezi and a collage of technologies. All
areas covered well.
Overall an excellently answered evaluation using a range of technologies.
