This document provides an outline for a unit on sensitivity that includes:
1) The functions of sensitivity and the five main senses - sight, hearing, touch, taste, and smell.
2) An overview of the sense organs associated with each sense and how they receive and respond to stimuli from the external environment.
3) A description of the nervous system, including the central nervous system made up of the brain and spinal cord, and the peripheral nervous system consisting of sensory and motor nerves.
