• Increase Trip Advisor Ranking from 5 of 61 hotels to 2 of 63 hotels in first of three
quarters in 2011. Did fluctuate between 2nd and 3rd in first 6 months before securing a
solid #2 ranking.
• Produced a 52% GOP to ownership with full P&L Responsibility.
• Collected or settled outstanding Accounts Receivables in first 90 days, some accounts
outstanding of over one year.
• Reconciled Accounts Payables outstanding accounts putting hotel in delinquent status
interrupting delivery of supplies.
• Set new Revenue Management strategies increase length of stay of 5+ nights to 51%
of occupancy through creating partnership accounts with Director of Sales and
targeting local corporate clients previously worked with at the Hilton.
