1. Objectives
My goal is to work with a company utilizing my skills in operations and hotel brand management
including but not limited to sales, marketing and promoting quality. Instilling pride, morale and
promoting teamwork has and always will be important in achieving this goal. Teamwork finds

Experience
MANAGER-QUALITY ASSURANCE, HILTON WORLDWIDE - 2009 TO PRESENT
Responsible for performing on-site evaluations for Hampton, Homewood, Hilton Garden and Home2
brands; managing a portfolio of 80-90 hotels in a given territory, performing approximately 170
evaluations a year.
SENIOR MANAGER – PRODUCT IMPROVEMENT, HILTON WORLDWIDE - LATE 2005 TO
2009
Performing an average of 150 site visits a year and preparing Product Improvement (Renovation)
Plans related to the re-licensing of all Hilton brand hotels. Follow-up on progress with the hotels and
brand contacts regarding active Product Improvement Plans.
AREA MANAGER, QUALITY ASSURANCE, HILTON WORLDWIDE - 2004-2005
In addition to Manager-Quality Assurance duties, I was also responsible for a team of 4-6 Quality
Auditors, performing consistency exercises and direct individual training and follow-up for each
Auditor. In addition, I would perform approximately 100 evaluations a year.

GENERAL MANAGER, HAMPTON INN OF HARRISONBURG, VA - 1991-2001
Responsible for all aspects of operating the 164 room Inn including budgeting, staffing and training,
departmental procedures, improving customer satisfaction, rate planning, sales planning and calls. In
addition, I assisted in regional responsibilities such as hiring and training of new managers for the
Hampton Inn of Emporia, Virginia, which share the same ownership. I have also trained staff for and
assisted in franchise conversions for other hotels owned by the company, such as the Comfort Inn in
Winchester, Virginia.

Skills
Experienced with MSOffice, IOS OS X, Hilton POS systems HMS and OnQ. I have worked with
the QA1 system and helped create templates used for Product Improvement Plans. I have
worked for several different hotel brands in my career, including Hilton, IHG, Choice and
independent hotels.
