 As a Gallery Host at Hyatt Place Phoenix North, I excelled quickly
mastering each area of the host stand, kitchen, gallery kitchen,
and our meeting space while providing quality service.
 Promoted to lead in 2010 where I worked to ensure inventories
and checklists were updated, orders were placed to budget and
or hotel need, all while maintaining high quality standards and
outstanding customer service.
 Promoted to AGM2 in 2011, I implemented training that led to
an increase in Hysat customer service scores by 17%. Completed
schedules for both housekeeping and gallery hosts cutting labor
costs by 2%.
 Promoted as AGM1 in 2012 and transferred to Tempe where I
have assisted with hiring/training/evaluation of current and new
