As a Gallery Host at Hyatt Place Phoenix North, I excelled quickly
mastering each area of the host stand, kitchen, gallery kitchen,
and our meeting space while providing quality service.
Promoted to lead in 2010 where I worked to ensure inventories
and checklists were updated, orders were placed to budget and
or hotel need, all while maintaining high quality standards and
outstanding customer service.
Promoted to AGM2 in 2011, I implemented training that led to
an increase in Hysat customer service scores by 17%. Completed
schedules for both housekeeping and gallery hosts cutting labor
costs by 2%.
Promoted as AGM1 in 2012 and transferred to Tempe where I
have assisted with hiring/training/evaluation of current and new
