USE THE COUPON is an App which not only offers coupons to different sites but also brings
together those who have exclusive coupons but do not use, to those who are in need of that
Coupon for a premium paid to the owner of coupon thereby benefiting both customers.
Closest competitors are Coupondunia, Couponmela, CouponRani etc.. Which only offers
Coupons for different sites.
Main goals are to improve Market share, Establish loyal customer base.
Executive Summary
Strategies and Tactics like Being Exclusive and commercial ads respectively should be
implemented to achieve the goals.

Release early and release often: It is important for growing
your user base and attracting investors’ attention. Often releasing updates and
adding new product and services make them feel they are being updated.
Being Exclusive
Build in social calls to action: Social word of mouth is one of the
best ways to grow user base. Build in social sharing so users can brag about what they’ve just
accomplished, whether that’s levelling up in a game or logging miles in a running app.
Use social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc…to publicise the app,
its features and comments section can be used to know the customers opinion, reviews,
Complaints.
Tactics
Using Commercial ads like TV ads, Billboards etc.. Can be used to promote the unique
features of the app to the target customers
Contracts with as many Retailers, merchants as possible should be made which will reduce
the delivery time and improve Service quality to customers.
Incentives should be provided for both retailers, merchants as well as customers like refer
and earn, cashback offers to promote the app .
Implementation
Pre-launch of the App ,necessary contracts with e-commerce sites, Retailers, distributers,
merchants and the Optimization of App for Google play should be done, then App will
be launched in the Store.
Before launching the App, Commercial Ads should be given to promote the unique features
of the app and mention the Date the App is to be released.
Finally, offering incentives to customers and retailers, Word Of Mouth advertising
to promote the App.
