EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
“Martz” is an innovative app through which just by
scanning an image one can get same or similar product
available on all leading online websites of India like
Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Paytm, Myntra etc.
It also sorts and gives the best buy option for its
customers.
The main goal of the company is to reduce the search time
of its customers and get immediate results of the products
available on different websites with best price.
SITUATION ANALYSIS
COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our company’s first product Martz is an smartphone based
revolutionary and innovative app. Martz will provide you
an instant results of the product scanned available on
different shopping websites unlike others where each and
every website is opened and searched for similar products.
There is no facility of searching the product through
scanned images with our collaborators.
MARKET OVERVIEW
India’s online retail market size is $14-16 billion.
Amazon revenue is Rs.2275 cr. Flipkart and Myntra
together is Rs.3021 cr.
Martz first year expected revenue is Rs.200 cr, with 25%
growth Y.O.Y.
Expected first year profit Rs.2 cr.
TARGET CONSUMERS
Our company’s target customers are online buyers who
like to surf different shopping websites for the best
available product and price.
There is no age limit for the customers as the products are
available for different age groups.
There is no geographic limitation also, as anyone from
any part of the country (where the product can be
delivered) is our target customers.
GOAL
The main goal of the company is to become India’s one of
the best shopping app.
To get more than 100,000 subscribers within a year with a
conversion rate 25% i.e. from free to paid version.
Approximate revenue estimate for the first year is
Rs.200cr.
STRATEGY
TARGET MARKET
Target market – 200 million smartphone users.
Customers – People who like to do online shopping, price
sensitive, busy will get instant results to buy products
without spending much time.
Collaborators – Leading online shopping websites like
Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Paytm etc.
Competitors – Pounce , Amazon.
Pounce is not available in India.
Amazon is not concentrating currently on search by
image.
Context – People are busy with there daily life so it is not
possible for them to search their desired products from
different websites, so just by scanning there desired
product they can get results from different websites at one
place only.
VALUE OFFERING
Customer Value: Any customer just by scanning the
product would get the same or similar product from
different shopping websites. He/She will also get the best
buy option and in paid version customers also get benefit
of getting the notification of best deals available on
different websites based on their searches in the past.
Collaborator Value: 100% percent assurance for
collaborators of not missing their listing as customers
search products by images. No model number or make
required.
Company Value: For every product sold by searching
through our app we get revenue from the collaborator.
Customers save time and become regular users of the app.
Once the required number of subscribers are achieved,
company can look into expanding the business into new
fields like financial products, air ticketing etc which gives
additional revenues and loyal customers.

Free Version :
Our product Martz is a smartphone based app through
which a customer can buy there desired products just
by scanning the image of the product. Our app shows
the same or similar product available on different
shopping websites and customer gets automatically
redirected to that website in which he/she wants to buy.
Paid Version:
The main advantage with this version is that our customers
get notified of the best deals available on different shopping
websites based on their earlier searches.
Our app becomes completely ad free.
The other advantage is that we provide discount coupons to
our customers which can be applied on any of our
collaborated shopping websites.
Customers also earn reward points on their purchases
which will help them to renew their annual fees free of cost.

For those customers who find our app really helpful can

marketing commission as volume increases.

The main goal of the company is to reduce the search time of its customers and get immediate results of the products available on different websites with best price.

COMPANY OVERVIEW Our company’s first product Martz is an smartphone based revolutionary and innovative app. Martz will provide you an instant results of the product scanned available on different shopping websites unlike others where each and every website is opened and searched for similar products. There is no facility of searching the product through scanned images with our collaborators.
  • 9. MARKET OVERVIEW India’s online retail market size is $14-16 billion. Amazon revenue is Rs.2275 cr. Flipkart and Myntra together is Rs.3021 cr. Martz first year expected revenue is Rs.200 cr, with 25% growth Y.O.Y. Expected first year profit Rs.2 cr.
  • 10. TARGET CONSUMERS Our company’s target customers are online buyers who like to surf different shopping websites for the best available product and price. There is no age limit for the customers as the products are available for different age groups. There is no geographic limitation also, as anyone from any part of the country (where the product can be delivered) is our target customers.

  • 12. The main goal of the company is to become India’s one of the best shopping app. To get more than 100,000 subscribers within a year with a conversion rate 25% i.e. from free to paid version. Approximate revenue estimate for the first year is Rs.200cr.
  • 14. TARGET MARKET Target market – 200 million smartphone users. Customers – People who like to do online shopping, price sensitive, busy will get instant results to buy products without spending much time. Collaborators – Leading online shopping websites like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Paytm etc.
  • 15. Competitors – Pounce , Amazon. Pounce is not available in India. Amazon is not concentrating currently on search by image. Context – People are busy with there daily life so it is not possible for them to search their desired products from different websites, so just by scanning there desired product they can get results from different websites at one place only.
  • 16. VALUE OFFERING Customer Value: Any customer just by scanning the product would get the same or similar product from different shopping websites. He/She will also get the best buy option and in paid version customers also get benefit of getting the notification of best deals available on different websites based on their searches in the past. Collaborator Value: 100% percent assurance for collaborators of not missing their listing as customers search products by images. No model number or make required.
  • 17. Company Value: For every product sold by searching through our app we get revenue from the collaborator. Customers save time and become regular users of the app. Once the required number of subscribers are achieved, company can look into expanding the business into new fields like financial products, air ticketing etc which gives additional revenues and loyal customers.
  • 19. PRODUCT & SERVICES Free Version : Our product Martz is a smartphone based app through which a customer can buy there desired products just by scanning the image of the product. Our app shows the same or similar product available on different shopping websites and customer gets automatically redirected to that website in which he/she wants to buy.

Our app becomes completely ad free. The other advantage is that we provide discount coupons to our customers which can be applied on any of our collaborated shopping websites. Customers also earn reward points on their purchases which will help them to renew their annual fees free of cost.
