This document proposes an app called "YeLP ME!" that connects skilled workers with those seeking assistance for tasks based on hobbies or skills. It notes current lack of opportunities for skilled individuals. The app would allow users to register skills/hobbies, search for needed skills, negotiate pricing, and leave reviews. By linking skilled supply to areas of demand, it aims to create a self-sufficient social network and tap into an unutilized talent pool, starting in India's major cities through collaboration with organizations. A timeline is proposed to first secure investor funding before building infrastructure and database, then partnering with professional groups before marketing to the public.
