increase the online sales, the company should combine the website and APP
together to make it efficient and effective for the customers.

sending much more information through a more effective way.

for a company to enhance the customer experience base on the helpful process of
this model. Basically, focusing on the customer loyalty. To make your company’s
products to be reliable and credible to your customer. Response to your customer
when you get their feed-backs effectively and efficiently. Finally, make your App
much easier for the customers to get and to share it to the social media, including
Facebook, twitter etc.
Finally, find ways to maximize your company sales channels.
1. Find ways to enlarge your sales channel through combining the sales method both
on-line and off-line. By using the App and website, your company will enlarge your
sales channel to make much profit.
2. Utilizing your company’s resources, making it much more useful when your
company want to invest both online and offline sales.
