RULES OF ENGAGEMENT 2
Rules of Engagement
• This is a public meeting and is being recorded.

so that a member of our technical support team may assist you.
• Council members are encouraged to enable their video cameras.
• Presenters are encouraged to enable their video cameras when presenting and to mute their microphones
when not speaking.
• For Council members only:
• To move a motion or amendment, the Council member shall unmute his/her microphone, clearly state
his/her name for the record, and propose or second a motion. The TPO Clerk will record the action and
verbally confirm the Council member’s name.
• The TPC Chairman will then call the vote. Starting with assenting votes, council members in favor shall
state their names for the record and verbally express “yay”. The Chairman will then call for dissenting
votes. Council members in opposition shall state their names for the record and verbally express “nay”.
