4. DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER
Improve the company's market share of business
Resource Planning by way of manpower, plant and machineries,
finance etc
Planning / Procurement of materials and subcontracting of works
Accurate forecast of revenue, profitability, margins and utilisation
Ensure project legal documents are complete, signed and in
conformity with requisite.
5. PERSONNEL MANAGER
He should be able to identify vacancies in advance, and work
towards the filling up of vacant positions by conducting interviews,
selecting applicants, etc.
He should inform the employees about the company policies.
He has to brief the new employees about their job profile and what
work they need to perform, their compensation packages, etc.
He has to perform much disciplinary work, as well as fire any
employee, may have to pacify in case of disputes, they have to deal
with the problem of staff shortage.
He has to advise managers regarding company policies like how to
deal with sexual harassment cases, policies pertaining to equal job
opportunities, and also recommend the changes in policy matters.
6. LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
Works closely with providers to assure efficient and effective execution of
defined processes and goods transportation.
Ensures inventory accuracy by coordinating the inventories and goods
system to system information with distribution centers to near real time
monitoring of EDI processes as well as other manual inventory and
adjustment processes.
Organizes and maintains hard copy and electronic documentation
supporting order fulfillment, distribution means, pricing, and contractual
obligations.
Codes, and prepares proper paperwork for billing and authorization of a
variety of invoices per defined processes,
7. SECRETARY
Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word,
Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence
and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and
databases;
devising and maintaining office systems; using content management
systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases;
attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes;
ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment.

liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book.
photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf
of other colleagues.
