productivity, manufacturing costs, and schedule performance. Responsible for the production effort effectively
meeting company demands for more than $650K in weekly components for customer demands. Managed two shifts
and more than 60 employees tracking performance reports, attendance, and vacation. Communicated production
goals, safety discussions, and quality standards at daily employee meetings. Worked hand-in-hand with

technical manual directives. Determined aircraft utilization plans, maintenance status, supply-chain functions, and
technical upgrades. Planned and executed unit's functional response to regional and global disasters. Effectively
managed the complex daily operations of aircraft on the flightline in a superior manner; re-organized the 24 hour a
day work schedule to impact aircraft readiness during peak flying hours; immediate results achieved. Ensured all
newly assigned personnel were trained and updated in general aircraft maintenance, resulting in a record setting
statistic in 2009 of training the entire fleet in half the allotted time.
