8. Conclusion
• Overall what I would like to ‘repeat’ (Steve Neale – 1980) in my DPS are conventions such as
an image that covers both pages. This minimises the amount of white space on the page and
makes it more interesting for my reader to read. Also I like the drop cap that is used in every
column. This makes it easier for the reader to see where a new column starts. I also like how
there is minimal writing but is still full of information to educate the reader about the artists.
• In my contents page I would like to ‘repeat’ (Steve Neal – 1980) conventions such as a big
main image at the side of the page. This connotes to the audience about who the main story
is about. I like how the sub titles are all running down the side of the page. This makes it
easier for the audience to find what stories they want to watch.
