• To extend best wishes to the employee and
his / her spouse on the occasion of his / her
wedding.

Level Gift
Executive 5,000/- Gift Voucher
Sr. Executive 7,000/- Gift Voucher
Assistant Manager Couple Dinner in 3* Hotel
Manager 3 nights 2 days Holiday Pacakage of worth 20,000/-
(Train and Flight tickets are excluded)
Sr. Manager 4 days stay in 5* hotel
Deputy General Manager 6 nights 5 days Holiday Package
General Manager 6 nights 5 days Holiday Package with Air fare
Ideas of Marriage Gift
• The employee should be confirmed.
• If employee joins the organization
immediate after marriage he will not be
eligible for Marriage gift.
• If employee is getting married in between
joining date he will not be eligible for
Marriage gift.
• The employee will be eligible to get the gift
only once he/ she submit the wedding card
to the HR department within one month
from the date of his wedding.
General Guidelines
• In case of two employees getting married
to each other, the company would give
marriage gift to both the employees
• The Director will extend greetings and hand
over the Marriage Gift to the employee,
when employee will join the office after
his/her wedding.
• Marriage gift would be given only on first
legal marriage.
General Guidelines
• HR Person take care of the verification of
marriage invitation and intimate Admin
department for arranging the Marriage Gift
and also revisit the policy if needed
• Admin Person administer the marriage gift
and facilitate the employee with the same
