This document analyzes noise reduction in helicopter rotor blades using different materials. It describes how the rotor blades are currently made of aluminum or titanium alloys and generate noise. The study aims to observe materials that can produce less noise. A 3D model of the rotor blade is created in AutoCAD and analyzed in ANSYS software to compare the frequency, deformation, stress, and strain of different materials. Based on the results, carbon fiber epoxy is identified as producing the least deformation and being best for reducing noise levels compared to other materials like structural steel, aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, and glass fiber epoxy.
