This document discusses risk management in the construction sector. It examines various methods for risk identification and assessment that are commonly used in construction projects. For risk identification, the most frequently used methods are brainstorming, the Delphi technique, and checklists. For risk assessment, fuzzy logic modeling is discussed as an effective method. It allows for assessment of uncertain information through fuzzification, fuzzy inference, and defuzzification. Effective risk management requires flexible approaches to risk identification, assessment, and response to minimize negative impacts on construction projects.
