1. Evaluation
My magazinecover is for a girls sportteam and the title of the magazine is
called ‘SchoolSport’. The colour of this writing is a bright red and the font is
san serif. I used the san serif font to make the magazine title look bold and
stand out over anything else. The red fontalso stands out on the page and the
text is the largestfont on the page. This is conventionalof a magazine cover as
the magazinetitle is on the top of the cover.
The usage of smaller pictures on the page is conventional of a magazinecover
as it shows a small inside of what is included in the cover. The writing on the
bottom right hand side of the cover also shows whatis included in the
magazine and this is also conventionalof a magazine cover. However on my
cover it does not include what page numbers arefor each article but in a
magazine it would include the pages numbers of which the articles are on.
The background image also makes all of the text on the page stand out.
