Stress is a natural and ubiquitous part of life, but must be properly managed to avoid detrimental effects. Stress management has taken many forms over millennia as life and the nature of stress have changed. True stress management can be achieved through cosmic consciousness, which enables coordination and expression of enlightenment across all areas of life. The practice of NAMASMARAN, or self-realization, allows people to merge with cosmic consciousness and manage stress individually and globally. However, for this to benefit all, the practice must be universal and laws must support rather than hinder self-realization and global blossoming in areas like education, agriculture, health, and industries.
