• How does the Facebook Fundraise Solution fit in?
– Facebook Fundraise is a complementary solution that is
geared to power fundraisers. They know who to ask, how to
ask, the frequency to ask and what to say. But it does not
provided a guided approach to fundraising nor help automate
fundraising for participants
• What if I’m already implementing the Facebook Fundraise
solution with Blackbaud?
– The solutions should complement each other and work well
in concert. There is a technical limitation to have only one
Facebook App connected to a LO site at a time. It is
recommended to use your Boundless Fundraising Facebook
app for the Facebook Fundraise integration that would enable
you to potentially add on Facebook Fundraise capabilities to
the Social platform or your Mobile app when those API’s
become available (currently scheduled for mid May)

– April we’ll have our first beta client
– Solution will be generally available to clients as an
additional option to the Facebook App starting in May
• What would the transition look like?
– No new assets are needed in terms of deployment. A

to transition your event program to Social in ~ 2- 4 weeks
