  1. Consumers prefer apps because of the one click convenience, speed, and the ability to easily store preferences and settings.
  2. Not only do consumers prefer to digest information through a mobile application but the combination of task based actions, UI, and stored information makes it easier to complete transactions. Consumer research in ecommerce shows the transition of conversion based on platform going from mobile browers to desktop to app.
