1. Monday – What is the Greenhouse Effect?
A- Analyze the learner: Analyze the learner-Third grade class, 12 girls and 10 boys, 50%
white, 30% African American, 20% Hispanic. Five of the students have mild ADHD.
S- State Objectives: After looking at a poster I have created the students will be able to say and write
the basic steps of the Greenhouse effect with 100% accuracy by the end of the day.
S- Select Methods and Material and Media: I will be using a poster I made using PowerPoint.
U- Utilize Media and Materials: Each student will be in a group of four and will discuss the poster
and write and explain in words what the poster means to them.
R- Required Learner Participation: We will have a group discussion about the poster and each group
will present what they think the poster means to them and how they would write it out.
E- Evaluate and Revise: The will each have their own paper that they wrote down what they think
the poster means. We will then go over it as a class and can make any corrections to their work.
