PhotoShop Explanation
11-1-13
For my photoshop project I wanted to do a picture of the many things we can recycle to slow down the
Greenhouse Effect and the changes it is making to our planet.
For the first step I found the recycling trash can and made it to the size that I wanted using the Free
Transform tool.
For my second step I looked up pictues of things that can be recycled and made them to the size that I
wanted to be able to fit into the recycling trashcan.
To make the items appear that they were in the trash can I used the ereaser tool to erease as much as
the bottom of the item as needed to appear to be in the trashcan.
The picture that required more work was the wad of paper. For this picture I had to delete the
backround in order to just have the was of paper I wanted. To do this I used the Lasso tool to draw an
outline around the wad of paper. Then after the paper was selected I had to right click and select the
inverse in order to select the backround of the picture to delete it.
The final step I needed to do was just to play around with the pictures and see which object looked good
where and what it should be behind.
