Communicating with the suppliers on overall business plan

Office reporting for weekly Store Photos and sending it to Head Office Italy
Planning and mapping, mock-up for UAE Store Weekly Guidelines
Creating and relocate the non-selling product to find a solution
Giving a feedback for the outer Store Photos sent to us
Conducting a training for Store sales staff regarding VISUAL SCHEME STRATEGY
Follow up in all stores on daily basis to monitor the operation of each store
